Life is not what is dealt you, but what you do with it.
Am I wisely using what God has given me which is this moment right now? I am not resposible for anything else. I can't change the past and I can't do anything with the future yet, but right now I can be patient in trials small and large. I can use my time productively focusing on what really matters. I can fix my mind on Christ regardless of whatever else I am doing.
